Terms of Service

1. Who we are

In these Terms, “Viberzzz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAD METHOD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at L-148, 5th Main Rd, near Rajesh Jewellers, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India. “You” refers to any person who visits the website, joins the waitlist, or uses the Viberzzz platform.

By accessing the website or using any Viberzzz service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. The service

Viberzzz is an online marketplace that connects people who build software with AI and no-code tools (“Vibe Coders” or “Clients”) with independent, vetted professional software developers (“Pro Coders” or “Developers”) who fix bugs, configuration problems and other technical blockers.

• Clients post a description of a technical problem.
• Developers review and accept suitable requests.
• The Client and Developer agree on the scope, deliverable and a fixed price before work begins.
• Payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment partner.
• The Developer receives a settlement for completed work, less the platform fee, according to the agreed terms.

Viberzzz provides the platform and facilitates the transaction. Developers are independent service providers and are not employees or agents of Viberzzz.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation to purchase. By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email about the launch of Viberzzz, early access and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to help@viberzzz.com. Any early-access perks or introductory discounts mentioned on the website are offered at our discretion and may change before launch.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the marketplace. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Pricing, fees and payments

• Posting a request is free. The Client pays the fixed price agreed with the Developer for each task. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, which may be US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR).
• Viberzzz charges Developers a platform fee on completed work (currently 15% of the task price). Any fee payable by Clients will be disclosed before checkout.
• When a Client pays for a task, the payment is collected and held by our authorised payment partner, and is released to the Developer only after the Client confirms the work is complete, or as otherwise described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Viberzzz does not store your full card or bank details. Payment information is handled by our payment partner in accordance with its own terms and applicable security standards.
• Applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) will be shown at checkout.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• post requests involving malware, unauthorised access to systems, academic dishonesty or infringement of third-party rights;
• share credentials or access you are not authorised to share;
• arrange payment for work found through Viberzzz outside the platform to avoid platform fees;
• harass, abuse or mislead other users.

Clients are responsible for backing up their code and data and for granting Developers only the access needed for the task. Developers are responsible for the quality of their work and for keeping Client information confidential.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed between the Client and Developer, once a task is paid for, the Client owns the code changes delivered for that task. The Viberzzz name, logo, website and platform are owned by MAD METHOD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we vet Developers, we do not guarantee any particular outcome of a task. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the platform is limited to the platform fees received by us in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, including when the marketplace launches. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or on the website before they take effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
